Ostler is $499, once. Pick your system below — payment happens on Stripe’s secure page, and your download starts right after, with the license key on its way to your email. Activation confirms the key with us — no account to create.

After payment you’ll download the disk image (.dmg) — open it and drag Ostler to Applications.

The download comes straight from this site. From then on the app checks here for updates each time it opens, downloads any it finds, and installs it the next time it restarts. You can also check any time from Settings → License.
Good to know before you install
- One machine per install. Your data is a local database file on the computer you install on — that’s the whole point. It can’t be shared between computers over a network drive.
- Set aside about an hour for setup. It is wizard-guided, and you can stop and resume. Have your room list, rates, tax rates, and logo handy. The whole walkthrough is at the setup guide.
- The internet is for email and the license check. Booking, printing, and reports work without a connection. Ostler confirms your license with us every six hours and keeps running for up to two days if a check can’t get through.
Already bought?
Your license key is in the purchase email — open Ostler, go to Settings → License, and paste the whole key. Need the installer again? The download link lives on your purchase page.
